Understanding the
Program Commitment

I commit to attending and actively participating in the program for the full 12-month duration.
I understand that the program consists of meetings on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month, lasting 2 hours per session.
I understand that I will engage in facilitation opportunities, peer-to-peer coaching practice, and mentorship as provided by the program.
I understand that I am required to complete three 1-on-1 coaching sessions with three clients outside the Apprentice Program in order to graduate.
I understand that I am required to give a presentation to the cohort as described by the Program Facilitators in order to graduate.
I understand that I am required to complete a CapStone Project as described by the Program Facilitators & outlined in the Terms & Conditions. This will be a project I will lead with Laurie or Briana and enroll people too and will charge money for in order to graduate.
I confirm that I do not need prior coaching experience or experience in the field of sexuality to apply.
I understand I will be required to read and sign a Terms & Conditions Agreement, an NDA Agreement and an Inner Circle Guide Agreement.
I understand I will also be required to read and follow the Inner Circle Code of Conduct.

Expectations

Both apprentices and program facilitators hold distinct expectations within the Sex & Happiness Apprentice ProgramTM. For apprentices, there is a commitment to a comprehensive 12-month journey of growth and learning. They pledge to actively participate in bi-monthly 2-hour meetings, engage in various coaching and mentoring activities, make a presentation to the cohort and embark on a monetized Capstone Project. The program invites individuals regardless of prior coaching experience or expertise in the field of sexuality. By signing the necessary agreements and embracing the Inner Circle Code of Conduct, apprentices demonstrate their readiness to delve into personal and professional transformation, challenging topics, and peer collaboration. Program facilitators are expected to deliver this program and to provide mentorship to the cohort. The program facilitators also anticipate motivated applicants who are devoted to self-improvement and have an openness to discussing sensitive subjects. They expect participants to overcome past resistance, embrace coaching and facilitation roles, and envision a future enriched by the program's insights and experiences.
