Both apprentices and program facilitators hold distinct expectations within the Sex & Happiness Apprentice ProgramTM. For apprentices, there is a commitment to a comprehensive 12-month journey of growth and learning. They pledge to actively participate in bi-monthly 2-hour meetings, engage in various coaching and mentoring activities, make a presentation to the cohort and embark on a monetized Capstone Project. The program invites individuals regardless of prior coaching experience or expertise in the field of sexuality. By signing the necessary agreements and embracing the Inner Circle Code of Conduct, apprentices demonstrate their readiness to delve into personal and professional transformation, challenging topics, and peer collaboration. Program facilitators are expected to deliver this program and to provide mentorship to the cohort. The program facilitators also anticipate motivated applicants who are devoted to self-improvement and have an openness to discussing sensitive subjects. They expect participants to overcome past resistance, embrace coaching and facilitation roles, and envision a future enriched by the program's insights and experiences.
