It was so good to connect with you. This intake form is the next step toward securing your spot in the January 2027 cohort of the Sex & Happiness Apprentice Program™. It gives me what I need to set you up properly, and it makes sure you're completely clear on what this journey looks like: six months of self-study and live support, followed by ten days together in person in July.

Once you've submitted it, you'll receive one of two things. If you haven't had your call with me yet, you'll get a link to book it. If you have, you'll get a link to your down payment page, where you'll also review and sign the program agreements and the Inner Circle Code of Conduct.

Program Commitment & Strcuture

I commit to participating fully in this 6-month program, beginning January 4, 2027, and the 10-day in-person retreat in July 2027 that completes it.

I understand that the full six months are self-study: a weekly video lesson with a workbook. I am required to complete all video lessons and workbook assignments.

I understand that once a month, I will attend Office Hours with Laurie (2 hours). Attendance at all Office Hours is required.

I understand that once a month, I will have a 45-minute 1:1 call with my coach. Attendance at all coaching calls is required.

I understand I am required to complete 3 one-on-one coaching sessions with clients outside the Apprentice Program in order to be certified.

I understand that the program ends with a 10-day in-person retreat in July 2027:

Days 1–4: I will attend Laurie's Living in Ecstasy course alongside its public participants, including teachings on Laurie's lineage.
Day 5: Rest day.
Days 6–10: Five days of apprentice-only work with Laurie, where I will facilitate a process for the group and give a 10 Laws presentation.

I understand that attendance at the retreat is required, and that my facilitation and presentation there, together with all my completed coursework, determine whether I am certified.

I understand that the $10,000 program investment includes retreat accommodation and meals, and that travel to the retreat is my responsibility.

I understand that upon successful completion, I will be certified as a Sex & Happiness Coach and Facilitator.

I confirm I do not need prior coaching experience or experience in the field of sexuality to participate.

I understand that, at the time of my down payment, I will be asked to read and sign the program agreements (NDA, Program Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and the Inner Circle Code of Conduct).

Self-Direction & Motivation

Most of this program runs on self-study. You'll have Office Hours and a coaching call once a month, but no one will be checking in on you week to week to make sure a lesson gets done. That's on you. This works best for people who follow through on their own word.

Program Expectations

Both apprentices and program facilitators hold distinct expectations within the Sex & Happiness Apprentice Program™. As an apprentice, you're committing to six months of self-directed learning through weekly video lessons and workbooks, supported by monthly Office Hours with Laurie and a monthly 1:1 with your coach. You'll practice your skills with three outside coaching clients. Then, in July, you'll spend ten days in person with Laurie, first inside Living in Ecstasy, then in five days of apprentice-only work where you'll facilitate for the group and give your 10 Laws presentation, culminating in your certification as a Sex & Happiness Coach and Facilitator.

Program facilitators are committed to delivering this curriculum in full, mentoring you through your growth, and giving you the tools to build confidence, presence, and skill as a coach and facilitator. In turn, we're looking for apprentices who are motivated, self-directed, devoted to their own growth, and open to discussing sensitive subjects honestly: people willing to overcome past resistance, embrace the coaching and facilitation role, and envision a future shaped by this work.
